The new material of Vacuum Insulation Plates:

The VIP is short for vacuum insulation plates. Because of its super heat-proof 

quality, long useing life and excellent combination property, VIP has been used 

in the refrigerator and freezer field, and now start in the construction field.

Our company's vacuum thermal insulation plates (hereinafter referred to as VIP), 

is the new development on the super insulation material in recent years. Its coefficient 

of thermal conductivity is just 0.001-0.006 W/Mk, compared with the traditional 

heat insulation materials, insulating VIP can meet the same thermal insulation 

technology requirement, and at the same time its thin layer, small volume, light 

weight and other advantages let VIP apply to refrigerators, deep freezers and 

refrigerator, submarines, spacecraft, satellite and other fields for high energy 

requirements, light weight and little space requirements for heat preservation 

material.  

Structure of vacuum insulation board is composite of the core material, the diaphragm and getter, etc.
